PRSA offers a financial hardship plan to members who are unemployed or temporarily disabled. The hardship dues rate is $133.50, a one-time, one-year offer that cannot be combined with the Quarterly Payment Program. Members retain full benefits. To apply, members must submit a signed application and payment.
