How would you describe what you do?

I help service-based businesses design modern marketing systems that combine AI automation, digital advertising, and strategic messaging to generate consistent leads. My work focuses on building intelligent marketing infrastructure so businesses can scale without operational burnout.

Digital marketing strategy, marketing automation, AI-driven communications systems, brand positioning, and lead-generation strategy for service-based businesses and government organizations.

Tell us about your organization or business. Who do you serve and how do you help them?

Digital ShortCutz Marketing Agency helps service-based businesses implement AI-powered marketing systems that capture, qualify, and convert leads automatically. Through a proprietary framework called the “Conversion Velocity Engine”, we combine AI agents, automation, and digital advertising to help businesses respond to opportunities faster and build predictable revenue growth.

What makes your work or business unique?

We combine performance marketing with AI automation and operational strategy, helping business owners increase lead flow while reducing the manual workload traditionally required to manage marketing.

What do you value most about PRSA membership?

Professional community, thought leadership, and the opportunity to collaborate with communications professionals who are shaping the future of public relations and marketing.

What’s one professional lesson you’ve learned the hard way?

Technology alone doesn’t create growth. Real success comes from aligning strategy, messaging, and operations so that every system in the business supports the same outcome.

What advice would you give to someone new to the PR or marketing field?

Learn strategy first. Tools and platforms will change, but understanding audience psychology, positioning, and communication fundamentals will always be valuable.

What’s one PR or marketing trend you’re paying attention to right now?

The rise of AI-driven communication systems, especially AI agents and automation; that allow organizations to respond to audiences instantly while maintaining a personalized experience.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

Before launching Digital ShortCutz agency, I worked as a functional medicine practitioner and had an earlier career in television as a journalist and TV presenter, including roles with MTV and Sky TV. I also appeared in several film and television productions alongside Dave Chappelle, William Shatner, and Kevin Sorbo (Hercules), experiences that shapes my understanding of storytelling, media, and audience engagement.

Outside of work, how do you like to spend your time?

Endurance sports, travel, and exploring strategies that help entrepreneurs maintain peak performance in both business and personal health.

I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable by integrating intelligent technology with human-centered strategy.
