Dennis O’Keefe 
Dennis O’Keefe serves as the Vice President of Communications for Arthrex, a global leader in minimally invasive orthopedic surgical devices and procedures, at their company headquarters in Naples, Florida. Dennis’ orthopedic device career started over 20 years ago as an Arthrex representative in Connecticut, followed by a 12-year tenure as a Sr. Regional Director where he was responsible for Arthrex sales operations in the Northeast U.S. and eastern Canada. Since 2012, he has reported directly to Arthrex President and Founder, Reinhold Schmieding, and is currently responsible for leading teams managing all internal and external communications, corporate engagement initiatives, health care administration and professional relations, video, photography and podcast production and an Arthrex Experience initiative that helps support over 15,000 surgeon visitors a year to the global headquarters. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
Meg Hardt
Meg Hardt is the Senior Corporate Engagement Specialist at Arthrex, Inc. Meg’s primary focus at Arthrex is employee and community engagement projects. Currently, she manages a Medical Device Industry course at FGCU as well as an internal training program geared towards employee education. Meg enjoys interacting with community leaders, local students, and charitable organizations by giving presentations and facility tours. She also shares the Arthrex mission with healthcare professionals who are visiting the global headquarters.
Steve Doane
Steve Doane is the Strategic Communications Supervisor at Arthrex, a global company focused on the research, design and manufacture of minimally invasive surgical technology. In this role he leads the development and execution of integrated communications and marketing campaigns, including paid and organic social media, email, SEM/SEO and media outreach, to support global business objectives.
Steve started his career as a newspaper reporter before transitioning to agency and corporate public relations. He is accredited in public relations and currently serves at the Treasurer for the Southwest Florida Chapter of FPRA.
