Stress. Anxiety. Fear. Isolation. Two years of a pandemic have challenged everyone’s mental health in some manner, but what does mental health mean to you?

What does workplace wellness look like today? What can each of us do to promote our community’s well-being?

Join us as David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (DLC) CEO Scott Burgess provides an overview of the year-long “Mind Your Mind” initiative that launched in January. He’ll explain the importance of mental health, share resources available to both individuals and employers, and describe how we can all prioritize our own wellbeing.

Featured Speaker: Scott Burgess
